We do not provide emergency or reactive services. All services are scheduled and planned in advance.

3. QUOTES AND PRICING

All quotes are provided by Optivolt Facilities and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise indicated.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

Payment terms will be specified in your quote or service agreement. Late payments may incur additional charges.

5. SERVICE PARTNERS

Services are delivered by independent service partners who are vetted and approved by Optivolt Facilities. We manage all coordination, quality control, and communication.

6. CANCELLATION

Cancellation terms will be specified in your service agreement. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.

7. LIABILITY

While we take every care to ensure quality service delivery, our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
